India’ s broadband penetration is still at an abysmal sub 10% and the speeds are at an average of 5.6 Mbps. Some of these data sets are relative to other countries but when we look at Y-o-Y growth over our own country we could be doing a 100% jump in certain cases.

Our English Teacher liked calling it running notes. She would walk us through long Shakespearean conversations and brief us with bullet points to jot down. I resonated well upon hearing that. The existence of human civilization is rooted in progress through all the dimensions. After all, To out do yesterday’s excellence is today’s goal.

I remember those winter afternoons at my terrace before the exams, 3 books of a single subject,  a reference book, question bank of last 10 years, test papers and a practice note book around me, it would be the same with all the subjects closing exams. Although there were only a few chapters to read, I had to flutter through innumerable pages and notes to learn one topic and cumulatively lost lot of time in the process. That was a long time back, however many students still tend to practice the same.

Its 2018 and about time to make a shift in this trend. This time calls for effective learning without having the students waste time.
